SpanishPal provides AI-powered Spanish conversation practice through an AI tutor named Elena. Elena’s responses are generated by Anthropic’s Claude model. The App is a language-learning and conversation-practice tool. It is not professional language instruction, language certification preparation, or a substitute for qualified human instruction. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care of any kind.
Elena’s responses are generated by an AI (Claude, developed by Anthropic). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or culturally imprecise. Do not rely on Elena’s responses as authoritative translations, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Language corrections provided by Elena are intended for practice purposes and may contain errors.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Current pricing:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.
To restore a previous purchase, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to harm others. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The App, its content, and its branding are owned by Migdio Media LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Migdio Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
